1. Purpose and Scope

This document establishes the conditions regulating the use of this website and the acquisition of artworks (digital and printed) through it. By browsing and/or making purchases on this portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All digital and printed artworks displayed on Club 72 are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand and their respective visual creators. The purchase of any artwork in digital or physical format grants you a personal and private use license, but does not transfer the rights of commercial exploitation, mass reproduction, distribution, or modification without the express written authorization of VIBRA VERDE S.A.S. DE C.V.

3. Limited Editions of 72 Units

All pieces in our *Current Collection* are strictly limited to 72 units in total in the world, combining digital and physical acquisitions. Once the sales counter of an artwork reaches 72 pieces, the artwork enters the site's permanent Archive and will not be sold or produced again under any circumstances.

4. Prices and Secure Payment

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Monthly membership purchases and enrollments are processed securely through our partner payment platform Stripe. VIBRA VERDE S.A.S. DE C.V. does not store credit or debit card numbers on its servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure color and texture accuracy on screen for each mockup and artwork; however, we are not responsible for slight shade variations caused by the user's specific screen or device color calibration.

6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

For the resolution of any controversy or dispute related to the use of this portal or the interpretation of these terms, the parties submit to the applicable laws of Mexico City and the jurisdiction of its competent courts, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
