Shipping and Returns
At **Club 72**, each physical artwork acquired is produced individually upon request of the collector. To guarantee the highest international quality standards and reduce global delivery times, we operate with a decentralized local production network in more than 32 countries (Gelato network).
1. Shipping Times and Costs
Once the acquisition of a piece from the *Current Collection* or *Private Release* is confirmed:
- **Production and Dispatch:** 2 to 3 business days. Fine Art prints and framed pieces require curation, numbering, and museum ink drying before being packed.
- **Shipping Transit Time:** 2 to 5 additional business days depending on location.
- **Membership Shipments:** Monthly digital delivery is processed and dispatched immediately by email on the 27th of each month.
- **Shipping Cost:** Automatically calculated at checkout upon entering your zip code and state.
2. Warranty and Replacements for Damage in Transit or Origin
Art transport requires high-strength packaging. All of our physical packages travel protected against impacts. However, if any physical work (Fine Art paper, wooden framing, or acrylic panel) arrives with any damage caused during transport, or a notable defect in its printing:
- You have a maximum of **7 calendar days** following receipt to report the issue.
- You must send an email to **contact@club72.shop** attaching photos of the damaged outer packaging, the physical piece, and a brief description.
- Once the report is approved, we will produce and print **an identical replacement piece with the same serial number completely free of charge**, including shipping costs.
3. Returns Policy (Change of Mind)
Because each physical limited edition piece is cataloged and produced under the exact specifications of the customer at the moment of acquisition (size, type of framing or panel, and allocation of unique series numbering):
**No returns or cancellations are accepted for change of mind once the order enters production.**
We ask you to carefully review the dimensions and framing options of the artwork in the site previsualization before confirming the purchase.
